Next Culinary Showcase Jan 27th
The Culinary Arts Shop is excited to announce that the next Culinary Showcase is scheduled for January 27th at 6pm in the Knights Cafe. The theme will be Southern Holiday and promises to be another crowd pleasing event. This showcase will feature the Culinary Junior Class. The event features a five course meal. Each of the five courses is preceded by a live demonstration by the students. Visit the full story for reservation information and more.

Theater to Perform “Snow White” Mar. 31st & Apr. 1st
The Warren Tech Performing Arts shop is proud to announce they will be performing “Snow White” in the John B. LaPorta Performing Arts Center on Friday, March 31st at 7pm and Saturday, April 1st at 7pm. Tickets are available here. Fresh off their ringing performance of “Wonderful Life”, the Performing Arts shop is already gearing up for the Spring show. Auditions for the show will be held after school from 3-5pm on January 31st and are open to any Warren Tech student interested in participating.

Catching Up with Alumni: Ben Garth
Ben Garth used the foundation he built in Warren Tech’s Hospitality and Culinary Arts program to construct a career in the hospitality industry as a Banquet Chef for the Marriott Hotel chain. As a Banquet Chef Garth is involved with product purchasing, organization of staff responsibilities, and banquet productions. After graduating from Warren Tech in 2009, Garth attained an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Baltimore International College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant Management from Paul Smith’s College.
