Facilities Manager (Shared)
Warren County Technical School District, a vocational high school located in Washington, NJ, is looking for a motivated and experienced Facilities Manager.
The successful candidate will oversee, participate in, and drive the daily operations of all custodial and maintenance employees working for WCTSD. The Facilities Manager, working with the School Business Administrator, manages the overall operations and performance of maintenance, grounds, and custodial tasks, and the design and construction of renovations.
The Facilities Manager will participate in a shared services agreement with neighboring Warren Community College, working closely with WCC personnel to oversee and manage all maintenance and custodial tasks, and renovations on the college property.
The WCTSD Facilities Manager will be appointed as the Designee/Officer/Coordinator for: Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Right-to-Know, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), Chemical Hygiene, Asbestos, etc., and will be responsible for complying with, and maintaining documentation of, all relevant local, state, and federal requirements and regulations as they pertain to public school facilities.
This is a 12-month, full-time, salaried position with a benefit package available, as well as sick and personal leave. Salary based on experience. Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Possession of/eligibility to attain Certified Educational Facilities Manager (CEFM) credential, Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds certification, Black Seal license, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) certification, etc.
3. Experience in the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, staff management, and grounds maintenance.
4. Demonstrated expertise in project management.
5. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.

Substitute Teachers
